Editorial policy
Who writes CentraFIN's news, from which sources, how it is translated, and how an error gets corrected.
CentraFIN's news explains macroeconomics, markets, and crypto from primary sources. Articles carry the byline of the CentraFIN editorial team.
How an article is written
- Every article starts from primary sources: central banks, statistics agencies, regulators, official texts, public market data.
- Every figure points to its source in a footnote. A calculation by CentraFIN is presented as such.
- The editorial team writes with the help of an AI, Anthropic's Claude. Every article is reviewed by the editorial team, which decides whether to publish it.
- No rumors, no price predictions.
Translations
Every article is written in French, then translated into 26 other languages with the help of an AI. Each translation is checked before publication: same figures, same sources, same links. An article is only published once all 27 versions are ready.
Independence
- No sponsored articles, no affiliate links, no advertising.
- CentraFIN sells a portfolio tracking service. When an article talks about it, it says so clearly.
No investment advice
The articles are for information. They don't recommend buying, selling, or holding any asset, and they don't take your situation into account. Investing involves a risk of capital loss.
Corrections
An error is corrected as soon as it is confirmed, and the article then shows the date it was updated. To report one, email contact@centrafin.xyz with “Correction” in the subject line and the article's address.
