How to reach CentraFIN: help, your account and personal data, security vulnerabilities, article corrections, press.
One address for everything: contact@centrafin.xyz. Put the reason for your message in the subject line, along with your account number if your request is about your account.
- Help: a question about a connector, a figure that looks wrong to you, a display problem.
- Personal data: you export your data and delete your account yourself, in the settings (Your data). To exercise any other right, write to us: we check that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it.
- Security: a vulnerability or suspicious behavior. The Security page explains how to report it to us.
- Corrections: an error in an article, with the article's address. See the editorial policy.
